Procurement Guidance Note 01/10 Information Disclosure Throughout the Procurement Process

It takes account of the EU Remedies Directive (2007/66/EC) and the amending Regulations (i.e. The Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and The Utilities Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009). In particular it sets out the new rules in relation to the standstill period and explains the new remedy of ineffectiveness. It is only applicable to procurements initiated on or after 20th December 2009. Guidance Note 02/08 still applies to procurements initiated before this date.
