PPM policy launched

In June 2009 the Procurement Board endorsed new guidance for PPM which provides direction for Programme and Project Management (PPM). It is in the form of CPD Guidance Note 01/09 and is supported by this website - Successful Delivery (NI) which contains more detailed guidance and resources for PPM practitioners, stakeholders and other interested parties.

The new guidance outlines a generic approach across all programme/project sectors and replaces DAO (DFP) 33/03 and DAO (DFP) 17/04 which addressed PPM best practice for ICT enabled business change Programmes and Projects.
