Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) of the e-HR Programme
We are responsible for developing and implementing the eHR Programme, which aims to modernise and transform the personnel function throughout the Northern Ireland Departments and the Northern Ireland Office.
An Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) of the eHR Programme has been carried out in accordance with DFP’s Equality Scheme and guidance from the Equality Commission. This considered the potential impacts on NICS employees and others of the introduction of the Programme and the steps which might be taken to mitigate any adverse differential impacts.
