CPD Complaints Procedures
The CPD Complaints Procedure sets out CPD's commitments to our suppliers with whom we currently do business and those wishing to do business with us in the future. It also sets out a complaints procedure if a supplier feels that we have fallen short of the values and principles set out in the document.
