DFP Human Resource Strategy 2005-2008
This Human Resource Strategy supports delivery of the DFP business objectives by ensuring that our staff:
- Have appropriate skills and knowledge to enable them to manage an increasing complex and demanding work agenda and to be able to respond to the challenge of change.
- Are optimally deployed at the correct grade levels and in the right numbers to enable the department to meet its objectives in the most effective way.
- Are managed to deliver high performance and to proactively seek improvements in the way the Department delivers services both externally to the public and internally to colleagues.
- Are valued and treated with respect, that their potential is realised by recognising their diverse talents, backgrounds and insights and respecting their different perspectives.
