The proposals in this consultation relate to the introduction of new requirements in relation to "Plans of no Effect"; to amend, clarify and/or correct requirements, or provisions supporting Part A, (Interpretation and general), Part E (Fire Safety), Technical Booklets F1 and F2 (Conservation of fuel and power) and Technical Booklet L (Combustion appliances and fuel storage systems) of the Building Regulations.
The consultation closed on 4th June 2010.
