Defective Premises (Landlord's Liability) Act (NI) 2001

This Act amends the law as regards the liability of a landlord for injury or damage caused to persons through defects in the state of premises let under certain tenancies.

It implements a report of the Law Reform Advisory Committee for Northern Ireland on the subject and received Royal Assent on 20th July 2001.
