	<p>This Review of Legal Services consultation follows the Clementi review in England and Wales. Reviews have also been carried out in Scotland, and in the Republic of Ireland, as well as in various other jurisdictions across the world. The launch of this consultation is the first step of the process in Northern Ireland.</p>
