Records NI Contract Management Office
The Contract Management Office manages both the NICS Records NI EDRMS contract with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Steria Ltd. and the Network NI Contract with the MSP Eircom.
The team liaise with the MSPs and NICS Departmental contacts on matters relating to the contracts; with
particular reference to performance against the contract requirements, the introduction of new services
and changes to the service. They maintain good working relationships with the MSPs, other suppliers, key stakeholders and NICS Departmental contacts to ensure Records NI and
Network NI are working effectively and efficiently, and within the agreed performance levels (SLA's).
