• Network NI The ‘Network NI’ programme will ensure that the Northern Ireland Civil Service’s (NICS) demands for wide area networking services (WAN) are delivered in a joined-up manner and will play a key role in the Government’s modernisation agenda.
• Reform Delivery Unit The Reform Delivery Unit (RDU) has responsibility for supporting the delivery of Northern Ireland Civil Service Reform and providing information on public service improvement across the wider public sector.
• The Northern Ireland Best Practice Scheme The Northern Ireland Best Practice Scheme, which is managed by the Reform Delivery Unit, has been running since 2004 with the aim of providing real examples of quality improvements in the delivery of services to citizens.
