• IT Assist The Shared Service Centre seeks to provide the NICS with a high quality, resilient and cost-effective common service provision.
• Library and Information DID Library and Information Services takes a central lead in the provision and promotion of the departmental library services that equip NICS staff with the information they need to provide a range of public services.
• e-Technology The Enterprise Design Authority is responsible for driving a standards based NICS ICT infrastructure and championing technical innovation within the NI Public Sector.
• Network NI The ‘Network NI’ programme will ensure that the Northern Ireland Civil Service’s (NICS) demands for wide area networking services (WAN) are delivered in a joined-up manner and will play a key role in the Government’s modernisation agenda.
• Records NI This is the new single electronic repository for documents and records which is used by over 15,000 staff across 11 departments in the NI Civil Service.
