A Brief Introduction

In October 2009, a new short document titled "The Northern Ireland Guide to Expenditure Appraisal and Evaluation: A Brief Introduction" was published. It introduces some key principles of NIGEAE by providing a brief overview of appraisal, evaluation, business cases and approval requirements. It is intended to complement the website and is suitable for use as a material for training courses and induction packs.
