UK National Strategic Framework EU Structural Funds in the UK

The 2009 progress report on the UK National Strategic Reference Framework, within which the NI Competitiveness and Employment programmes are funded,  was submitted by the UK authorities to the European Commission in December 2009.

The report is the UK response to the Commission requirement for Member States to submit a National Strategic Report on the progress of the Structural and Cohesion Funds.  The report is submitted in accordance with the guidance in the Commission’s Information note “Indicative structure for the national strategic reports 2009” COCOF 09/0018/01 which requires Member States to report on their implementation of the Structural Funds against their National Strategic Framework Programme.  The information provided in this report is based on data as provided at end 2009.
