Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
A draft Strategic Environmental Assessment report was issued for public consultation on 16 April 2007 and closed on 9th July 2007. One response was received and the programme was amended accordingly. The Competitiveness Programme was approved by the European Commission on 30th October 2007.
In compliance with the European Directive 2001/42/EC Article 9(1) a Strategic Environmental Assessment Statement was prepared and placed on this website.
