BSP Monitoring Committee Rules of Procedure

As required by the Regulation1 governing the management of Structural Funds, a Monitoring Committee has been established to supervise the Northern Ireland Programme for Building Sustainable Prosperity, a Transitional Objective 1 Programme covering the period 2000-2006.

The BSP Monitoring Committee has drawn up these Rules of Procedure and has agreed them with the Managing Authority.  The Committee operates within the institutional,  legal  and  financial  framework of the Member State.
