Mediation

The Civil Law Reform Division is continuing to work with the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) to expand family meditation services in Northern Ireland.

This ongoing work flows from earlier research on mediation which highlighted the need for a more co-ordinated approach to training and service provision.
