The Civil Law Reform Division discharges the functions of the DFP Champion for Children and Young People, acting as the senior point of contact within the Department in relation to the Ministerial Sub-Committee on Children and Young People and helping to drive forward agreed policy and the 10 Year Strategy on Children and Young People.
