Trustee Act (NI) 2001

This Act reforms the law relating to the powers and duties of trustees in investing trust funds, acquiring land, appointing agents, nominees and custodians, insuring trust property and receiving payment for their services.  It also makes additional provision for the retirement and appointment of trustees.
