The Review Group is chaired by Sir George Bain, former Vice Chancellor of Queen's University, Belfast
The following are members of the Review Group:
- Mr Les Allamby. the Director of the Law Centre (NI).
- Professor Vani Borooah, an economics academic from the School of Economics and Politics at the University of Ulster.
- Mr John Collinson, an accountant who is a council member of the General Consumer Council.
- Professor Norma Dawson, a legal academic and former Dean from the School of Law at Queen’s University of Belfast.
- Mrs Margaret Elliott, Solicitor, a former President of the Law Society.
- Mr James McNulty QC, a senior barrister.
- Mr Wilfred Mitchell, the policy head of the Federation of Small Businesses.
