The Construction Industry Forum for Northern Ireland (CIFNI) agreed a revised PQQ standard template (now Version 06) on the 19th May 2011. Government Construction Clients will pre-qualify enterprises for works projects commenced after 1st March 2010. using a PQQ based, as far as practicable, on the template PQQ.
