NI Public Procurement Policy

In May 2002, the Northern Ireland Executive agreed to a revised public procurement policy for Northern Ireland Departments, their Agencies, non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) and Public Corporations. This document sets out the policies adopted by the Executive and the organisational structures that have been established to implement them.
