Programme and Project Management (PPM) Web Portal!

This was introduced in support of CPD Guidance on PPM to underpin a refreshed approach for practitioners and stakeholders. It will also be a key resource in support of the PPM Profession which is now on the move with a new Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Board Champion and Head of Profession in place.

The portal is maintained by the Central Procurement Directorate's Centre of Expertise (CPD/CoE) for Programme and Project Management and offers guidance, resources, links, news and event information for NICS and the wider public sector. We aim to enhance and support the PPM community by providing up to date information including case studies based on real projects from the NI public sector.

If you are involved in PPM in the NI public sector, please take ownership of this resource - it will only meet our needs if you are involved in shaping its content by providing us with feedback (constructive preferred!) and sharing your experiences.
