Guidance Note 03/09 sets out the deminimis limit to be applied for application of the Gateway Review Process.  This limit will apply in all cases where a Departmental Accounting Officer does not make a specific ruling.  The guidance also includes an upper value limit above which the Gateway Review Process will be mandatory.
