Description

Achieving Excellence (AE) in Construction is an initiative introduced by HM Treasury to improve the performance of Government as a client of the construction industry. Through the AE initiative, central Government departments and wider public sector organisations commit to maximise, by continuous improvement, the efficiency, effectiveness and value for money of their procurement of new works, maintenance and refurbishment.
