Windows XP users should be able to open ZIP files without any additional software. Users of other operating systems may need to install a ZIP utility program such as:
- Winzip (Windows platforms, free evalution available)
- PKZIP (multiple platforms, free evaluation available)
- StuffIT Expander (Windows and Macintosh platforms, free version available)

The CEEF Application Program is provided to guide public sector managers through the preparation of a bid to the Central Energy Efficiency Fund.
Applications for 2008/09 can now be submitted using the attached program which may be downloaded.
In submitting bids, attention should be given to the instructions contained in the background paper for 2008/09. Guidance on completion of the form is also available in the guidelines for preparing bids 2008/09.
Please note that previous versions of the program and guidance are no longer applicable and all returns must be made using the current version.
