• Business Consultancy
  Business Consultancy is the central consulting group within the NICS.
• Information Assurance
  The Information Assurance Unit (IAU) within Information Stratgey & Innovation Division is based in Clare House consists of a small team providing guidance and assistance on a range of data protection, information assurance and IT-security issues for the NI Civil Service.
• Information and Communication Centre
  ISID Library and Information Services takes a central lead in the provision and promotion of the departmental library services that equip NICS staff with the information they need to provide a range of public services.
  As Information Asset Owner it ensures ISID compliance with Data Protection Act provisions.
• Central Information Management (IM) Team
  The IM strategy team, is based in Clare House and is responsible for the implementation of the NICS IM strategy and for providing guidance and advice on data protection to all NICS departments.
