Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to request information from public authorities, to help you understand how the Department works, how it spends public money and why it makes its decisions.

You can also request information under the Data Protection Act 1998(to include Subject Access requests and other Information requests).

How to make a Freedom of Information request

To make a Freedom of Information or Data Protection request, you should contact the Land & Property Services (LPS) Information Manager.
