New Land Registry and Registry of Deeds fees for 2012

Customers are reminded that the New Land Registry and Registry of Deeds (Fees) Orders (Northern Ireland) 2011 come into operation on Wednesday 1st February 2012.

Care should be exercised when submitting applications or land information service requests on or after this date to ensure that payments reflect the new charges. Failure to make the correct payment amount will result in the application being rejected.
