Land & Property Services rating office currently located at Londonderry House, 21-27 Chichester Street, Belfast is relocating to Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast. BT2 7SL

The rating office located at Londonderry House will close permanently on Friday 17 June 2011.

Customers will be able to access services related to rating, mapping, land registration and valuation in Lincoln Building from 20 June 2011.

Lincoln Building opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am–4.30pm and Friday 10.00am–4.30pm.
