Land & Property Services ‘One Stop Shop’ opens in Belfast

28 June 2011

Finance Minister, Sammy Wilson, met with customers and staff during a visit to the refurbished premises of Land & Property Services (LPS) Customer Information Centre in Belfast today.

The Customer Information Centre is located in Lincoln Building, Great Victoria Street, and is designed to be a ‘One Stop Shop’ bringing all of the LPS services together under one roof.  It will provide customers with information on rates, valuation, land registration and mapping products and services. Previously, only land registration and mapping services were available in Lincoln Building.

Sammy Wilson said: This enhanced Customer Information Centre will ensure that local people will receive a more complete service where they can now access a wide range of products and information in one place rather than having to visit different LPS buildings.

The Centre is another step in modernising the services provided by LPS, and demonstrates a commitment that LPS will deliver services in an integrated, cost effective and efficient way.”
