LPS office in Portadown is moving on 11 January 2011

The Land & Property Services Office in Portadown is moving on 10th January 2011 - the new office opens in Marlborough House on 12 January 2011.

What is happening?

Land & Property Services (LPS) Revenue & Benefits office is moving from West Street, Portadown. The Portadown office closes on 10 January 2011. The new public office will be located in Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon from 12^th January 2011.  The opening hours for the new office will be Monday to Thursday 09.30 – 4.30 and Friday 10.00 – 4.30.

What services do we provide?

Revenue & Benefits will be joining the LPS Valuation Service staff already located in Marlborough House.  LPS customers will be able to get answers to their questions about both rating and valuation enquiries in the new public office from 12 January 2011.

Advice and assistance will also be available for queries relating to Housing Benefit/ Rate Relief/Lone Pensioner Allowance and all other benefits, reliefs and allowances.
