Land & Property Services provides a valuation for all properties in Northern Ireland which are subject to rates.

Domestic Properties

The valuations for domestic properties are based on the capital value of your property based on 01 January 2005 prices. Information for domestic valuation and rating is held on the NI Direct website:

Non-Domestic Properties

Non-domestic properties are valued based on their rental value, known as the Net Annual Value (NAV)
