P3O Workshop
CPD/CoE hosted a P3O workshop on 30th June 2009 for representatives from our PMO/P3O community, some joining the group for the first time. Together we refreshed our understanding of P3O, shared a vision and discussed in depth how we might move forward together on a number of important areas.
The discussion was lively and wide ranging. More importantly we feel that it moved our thinking on towards more joined up ways of working together in the context of a P3O model. All of the slides plus a brief summary of the main discussion points are now avalable through the links below. CPD/CoE will continue to build on the outputs from the day's events.
