The Centre for Applied Learning’s Annual Report details our contribution to the Northern Ireland Civil Service Reform Programme and our activities and achievements during the 08/09 year. Our achievements included an overall increase in the number of people trained and the number of trainee days delivered. It also provides evidence of our commitment to provide value for money through reduced course costs, while continuing to improve the quality of services we provide.
