Enterprise Shared Services Annual Report
Welcome to the first annual report for our Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organisation. This report details the challenges faced by this fledgling organisation and activities/achievements during the 10/11 year. These include areas such as Customer Experience, Finance Shared Services, IT Shared Services and HR Shared Services. Looking forward ESS will be committed to provide excellent services to all our customers and focus on four key elements with our teams:

- embedding the Quality Programme into individual business areas
