Policy Screening is a routine requirement of amendments to legislation. This Policy Screening form relates to the Superannuation (Charity Commission for Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012. The purpose of the Order is to add employment in the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland to those offices and employments listed at Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972. The offices and employments in Schedule 1 are eligible to have pension provision made in the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland).
