Pay and Workforce Plan Northern Ireland

This document sets out the 2007/08 Pay and Workforce Plan for the Northern Ireland Executive Departments and their associated Public Bodies.  The Pay and Workforce Plan is an integral part of the Government's programme to support the efficient delivery of improved public services, ensure pay settlements are affordable and that pay systems provide fair recognition for staff.

The 2010-11 Pay and Workforce Technical Annex replaces the labour market analysis included in the original 2007-08 Northern Ireland Pay and Workforce Plan. The Annex provides up-to-date analysis of the Northern Ireland labour market. This information underpins the Northern Ireland Executive's public sector pay remits approval process. A separate annex is also available for each of the years 2008-09 and 2009-10.
