The Rating Policy ArchiveIn 2000 the former Northern Ireland Executive implemented a review of rating policy in recognition of a view that the system was outdated and unfair. This view was confirmed during the first public consultation exercise. Since then work has been ongoing to implement changes to reform both the domestic and non-domestic sectors.
